I am an experienced therapist, researcher, consultant, coach, and trainer who has been in the mental health field for more than 10 years. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. I have also worked with a wide range of children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds.
My personal and professional journey has shown me the impact that race and gender have on the path of a black woman and how it can impact your health and goals. Uplifting one's emotional foundation in the midst of adversity and challenges is essential to shaping your life and finding a space where health and peace exist.
